Fundraising in Memory of Miss Kelly
Miss Kelly’s funeral took place on Wednesday 14th September 2022. It is very surreal to think that she is no longer with us. It was a beautiful service and during the eulogy the family reflected on the wonderful memories Miss Kelly had of working at St John XXIII.
Instead of flowers, the family have asked for donations to the hospice that gave Miss Kelly such excellent end of life care. At the funeral, Miss Kelly wanted everyone to wear green which was such a lovely thing to see.
As a school, we will be doing a fundraiser for the hospice on Wednesday 5th October. On this day, we invite all children and staff to wear green to school and donate toward the hospice.
